The Oakridge Hwy branch of the US Post Office is older and not the neatest, but the lady working there helped customers with mail and packaging. Customers say the women are not rude and give as good as they get. The customer service is great, and the lady found the best package option for the item. The post office has minimal USPS supplies, but the women helped. The lunch break is there, and the nearby Walgreens pharmacy closes for lunch. Customers appreciated the kindness and helpfulness, and the branch is seen as the best customer service experience.

Place was older and not the neatest. No problem with the lady that works there. She helped me get everything correct with what I needed to mail. I understand the lunch break which I didn't have to deal with. After all pharmacy at Walgreen's down the street closes for lunch and they have more workers.

This feels like a fake post office. Would not provide receipt for the dropped off package. Packages were not stored in a secure location.

This is not a standard post office. Inappropriate questioning of what was being sent, no tracking numbers provided, and no QR code readability. Definitely go to the Cedar Bluff location. Karns needs a better option.
