“I had a Roadie(UPS delivery app)order today at Tractor Supply in Sevierville TN the Customer Service was Spectacular!!!! The young lady at the Counter answered the phone when I called to ask about trailer rentals and the size of the zero turn mower. I was an hour away from my trailer in Alcoa TN and didn’t want to waist time or gas going back to grab mine. Once I got to the store the woman upfront that answered the phone was very informative of the Tractor supply rewards and had me put my phone number in, my number didn’t work but my girlfriend’s did and I was able to get a free trailer Rental in order to drop off the customers Zero Turn Club Cadet!! The older gentleman loaded the loan mower up for me and was a tremendous help there and also once I got to the customer I called the store back and the guy that loaded it was able to give me instructions over the phone to start the mower and how to ease it off the trailer when delivering it to the customer, all of this was done with smiles on their faces and no attitudes or giving the feeling of bothering associates that some stores can make you feel. These days that is hard to find!!! I was able to make full profit of the order and didn’t have to loose out on a 1 time trailer need!! Thank yall!!”
“Hammers department store in Sevierville is a great place to visit. It has just about everything you're looking for. I found "Hey Dudes" shoes for $29.99 compared to their website price. I would have to go there for my next new pair. There is plenty of clothing to choose from both in men and ladies. Children, too. I'm going back to find some shorts for the summer. Prices are lower than other retailers. Name brand clothes. I'll be shopping at this place in the future. Found a great price on a fresh water fishing ? reel.”

It's a clean, beautiful store with lots to offer. They may not have everything you need but they have a great variety of what they do have! You never know what you might find.
The biggest problem is that this new store is no where near our home! In the mean time, we're keeping our fingers crossed!”

“I love Belk it's the best store ever. I buy my clothes there. They always have great deals and the coupons are fantastic. I get them every single day of my phone. I buy their clothes, shoes, cologne, make-up, and purses. The variety off products is huge. I love the price drop clothes anywhere from 30 to 80% off. I got a $400 coat for $80.00 If you want stylish, trendy, good quality clothes at a great price Belk is the store for you. They have stores all over town. The best ones are the Turkey Creek and Sevierville ones.”
“Arrr, Walmart be the grandest trading post on the high seas, stockin’ everything a pirate could need—from provisions and attire to tools and trinkets aplenty! The aisles be vast, stretchin’ farther than the horizon, and the prices be fair enough to keep even the stingiest buccaneer smilin’. The crew be workin’ hard to keep the ship runnin’ smooth, though at times the checkout lines be longer than a sea voyage. “I go to the Walmart Neighborhood store for most of my groceries and pharmacy needs. If I need clothing or automotive I go to the other Walmart on the parkway as they carry those items plus an automotive center.”
“This Walmart is always super busy due to being in high tourism area. Prices reflect that. No real interaction with employees due to self check out. Its always frustrating when you have to search for items yourself, verify prices and then scan and bag your own item's due to lack of customer service lanes available. It's Walmart, just more expensive ?.”
