“After a lifetime of hand-me-down living room furniture, I finally decided to purchase a brand new set for my family. I shopped around online and decided that that wasn't for me because I need to see and feel and sit in the furniture before I made a decision. So then I shopped around locally. I found that the bigger furniture stores weren't very personable. The way I see it, I'm about to drop several thousand dollars and maybe my expectations are high but I expect a high level of customer service. Shopping at these bigger stores left me wanting. Then a girlfriend of mine recommended bubba's. It's a bit of a drive from where I live but I went ahead and bit the bullet and made the trip. As soon as myself, my DIL, and my grandbaby walked in the door, we were greeted by a nice woman welcoming us in. She and a gentleman both spoke to us, welcoming us in, introducing themselves as the owner and his sister and offering their help. They were not pushy at all but were available to answer all questions and even offered suggestions. There was one set that I was looking at initially and the owner advised that it may not be the best choice for my household being that we have young children and animals and even explained why. I really appreciated this. He was risking losing a sale by being honest. I know this is long-winded but I want to give a thorough review. I ended up making a purchase and it was really excited about it. Made arrangements to pick the furniture up on the weekend. There was a change with the material that the manufacturer was using and so I received a phone call to advise that was followed up with photographs. They wanted to make sure that I was still happy with the choice being that it was slightly different. The new material was slightly darker than the original that I had chosen. And because of that only two of the three pieces were going to be ready on the weekend. I chose to stick with my purchase and the owner offered to deliver the third piece free of cost as soon as it was in which turned out to be Tuesday following the weekend. I was initially a little unsure of the color change being darker with the two pieces in my living room but happy with the functionality of the pieces I chose. Once he delivered the third piece and I was able to fully set up my living room, I couldn't have been happier with the choice! I say all this because I want to make it clear, that the level of customer service that I received from bubba's was exemplary. I am extremely happy with the furniture but even more than that I'm extremely happy with the people that I purchased from. This is a small veteran owned business which is near and dear to my heart and of course I love to support businesses such as this. And I am really happy that overall, the service and the product that I received was wonderful. I highly recommend bubba's if you're looking for new living room furniture!”

“Went shopping here looking for a bday present for myself, ended up picking up a few items. The employee was very friendly. It was a Goldilocks of stores, Some items seemed underpriced, some were overpriced a tad bit but not too much. And some items were spot on.

From other reviews Ive read, it seems Some people seem to leave with a bad taste in their mouths because of a few items that are in the store pertaining to black Americana, it's really like 3 small shelves in one out of 100 cases, I didn't let the negative reviews stop me and you shouldn't either.

Truth is (from what I gather) the owner hunts for cool and unique items from all over the country trying to fill the needs of many different types of collectors. As you have to do in this type of business
