“We always make it a point to shop this store when we're in the area. Customer service is always top-notch, and the selections are great. It's a very popular store at Tanger. Grunt Style has become a very popular brand over the years. I'm surprised they don't have a bigger store at this location. They could definitely use the space with all they have to offer.
It's awesome that they trade patches with First Responders and Veterans, and they offer a discount to them as well. One of my patches is proudly displayed, along with a ton of others. ?”
“Great service, helped with the replacement of an online order for which i purchased a one time replacement but when i tried to redeem it, the online oakley denied my request. We went in sevierville assuming we would get the same response but they replaced the 10 mo old pair with a scratched lens right away. Thanks so much!”

“There are 2 stores in the area that are a must go if you’re looking for unique souvenirs: Three Bears and Ogle Bros. They are the absolute best that exist in the area and have some of the best items you can get.
Really love the staff here, they’re attentive and helpful and there are FREE SAMPLES throughout the kitchen area.
The lemon cheesecake dip was mind blowing.”

“This location was a discount store with clearance racks of what seemed to be discontinued items, irregular items, or somewhat odd sizes (eg 30 x 38 men's jeans). We walked around for about 30 minutes and we all found items we liked and ended up with 3 full shoping bags of clothing for work as well as a few casual items.”
“Had the best experience here tonight. My husband has a job interview tomorrow and he can only wear size large tall. Eddie Bauer is one of the only places we know that keeps his size in stock to grab something immediately. We went in with no idea what to get and Arthur was on the spot with helping him find exactly what he needed for his interview. Can't say enough great things about Arthur and all his help. The sales in the store were unbelievable! We will definitely be back.”
“My husband and I went in here hoping to find shoes in his size. Most places don’t carry a size 15 so he buys shoes typically once a year. Sherry asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to help him find shoes. She looked through the entire stock in the back to find shoes for my husband. She focused on us for about 30 minutes. She was incredible. My husband left with the 2 new pairs of shoes but tried on 7+, the most he’s ever had an option of. Sherry never made us feel pressured to buy shoes, but wanted to find the perfect ones for him. Fantastic customer service from Sherry!”
“If I could give a 10 star here, I would!! The staff at the Levis outlet store in Pigeon Forge are wonderful and deserve raises! This is how you do customer service folks!! On a recent visit, the staff and I had experienced an error with their computer/ cash register but the issue was completely out of their control, we all know it's just a typical technology hiccup that we've all experienced before -- but they helped me all the way to the end to make sure I was taken care of. They maintained phone calls and emails with me until the problem was solved, and I couldn't thank them enough. KUDOS Alexis, Heather and Isaac!!!”
“The store manager and the clerk were absolutely amazing. Helped me with a very complicated return. What a great store!!! I recall the manager stating she has been there for 10 years and has held multiple positions before making manager. Lucky Brand, you are very "Lucky" to have a person of this caliber working for your company and doing such a great job with customer service and sales. She and the clerk are to be commended for such exemplary service.”

“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”

“The atmosphere in the store is amazing. I was only there to pick up a delivery and based off of the condition of the store and the friendliness of the employees, I will definitely be returning to purchase something for myself”
