“The employees at FedEx on Broadway Street in Knoxville are very polite. Took a couple boxes in that both weighed over 40 lb and they reeboks and packed it their self so that it would meet shipping standards, and you know what they didn't growl they didn't grumble they didn't gripe about it they just did it because that's their job. And I know people walk into FedEx and they gripe and complain at the FedEx employees about stuff but you know what they're only human they can only do so much. Thank you all at FedEx on Broadway in Knoxville for all that you did for me and my shipping needs.”

“Justin , Autum, and Kim are AMAZING! I’d had a horrible experience trying to drop an item off at Staples in Sevierville . It was a very expensive item and I was totally freaking out because I couldn’t change the return method. Out of desperation, I went to UPS Store in Sevierville in hopes that they could scan my QR code and let me drop it off there . None of us thought it would work . But it did ! They saved me $250 plus $22 shipping if I’d have had to pay to ship it back. They made my horrible day become great again ! It was worth fighting the heat and traffic to get there . They were a breath of fresh air after dealing with that hateful woman at Staples !”

“I wanted to recognize seth and nick who helped us print two documents. My self and my spouse are seniors and they were very patient in helping us download documents to the Staples printers. Despite customers in line, they stayed with us for over 45 minutes until the job was done. Great customer service at this store!”
