This post office is a joke we have informed delivery and have mail being held note have it says we have mail and they don’t have and said that’s not accurate

One lady behind desk is rude most of the time. I get messages telling me what I’m getting and it’s not in my box. Package was delivered on the 14th where I didn’t know and probably never would have but I posted in a group and on the 17th someone else said they had them. So I did get them No help from the post office...
