“Recently brought our '13 Outback 2.5i to Cars after the 'AT OIL TEMP' light came on during a recent trip on the interstate. I was expecting a hefty repair, but they discovered the CVT had been overfilled during a previous service (by a different shop). They drained off the excess and only charged me the diagnostic fee.
The staff were nice, accommodating, and explained everything clearly. Would absolutely recommend Cars for anything your Subie may need!”

“Here in Nashville for vacation. Had some vibration issues with our tow vehicle. Called First Chance on Wed and asked if they did road force tire balancing and they did. I asked if I could bring it in on Thurs and was told yes. I arrived as soon as they opened. Took the vehicle into the shop right away. Performed the necessary repairs. Took the vehicle for a test drive all seems good

Latino America Auto sales helped me get a dependable car, that my loan company would approve, until my previous loan was paid off by my insurance company. They even went through my loan company, which they normally don't do, to make sure I would have a dependable car by the end of the week! “I give 4 stars but if I could give 5 for Jared I WOULD !!!! ( preferably 10 his customer service is THAT good! ) but I have to take one off cause of the attitude from Hansley.. they sent me a broken part and they knew they sent it and then they made it right of course by mailing me out another part EVEN THO it wasn’t the right one but I had to wait for so much longer just to even get it so I just rigged the broken one. but Jared was the one that was very helpful on the whole situation very patient very kind. Customer service abilities was off the chart but Hansley that dude right there has to have some female in him the way he acts. He oughta use them muscles the way he runs his mouth. VERY rude. Company is good And provides good parts despite being you know sent a broken part, but we’ll still use them. We’ve gotten motors transmissions from them and the vehicles are still running today. It’s just the service inside at the front desk is the problem it ain’t the company company is great.”
