After looking at it he told me he wasn’t able to assist me because it required a special setup that he doesn’t have at his disposal. And then he recommended his competitor because he knew they would be able to take care of me. That kind of integrity is just incredibly rare nowadays and I absolutely appreciate his honesty and assistance. “Recently brought our '13 Outback 2.5i to Cars after the 'AT OIL TEMP' light came on during a recent trip on the interstate. I was expecting a hefty repair, but they discovered the CVT had been overfilled during a previous service (by a different shop). They drained off the excess and only charged me the diagnostic fee.
The staff were nice, accommodating, and explained everything clearly. Would absolutely recommend Cars for anything your Subie may need!”

“Over the course of a few vehicles I have bought several QUALITY (Most times like new) tires from here and let me tell you, not only did I save several thousand dollars due to the MSRP of each tire, but I have never been treated more valued as a customer anywhere I have gone! Not even Firestone treats me as well as the employees here do! Recently, I purchased a set of Michelin tires from them for my mother's Q50. Mount and balance out the door was $380! The tires had more than 90% tread life on them, and prior to me purchasing them, I'd done a search on the same Michelin/make/model and the cheapest I could buy the tires alone was almost $300 a tire! Simple math puts that at $1,200, before you have to buy all the other stuff to go along with it plus taxes! The car drove so smooth and quiet, that even my mother (who does not notice these things) commented on how much better her car handled and how quiet it was! If you're looking for a quality set of used tires, that are going to take you 50+ thousand miles (with proper rotation and balance), this is the place to go! They have almost every size tire you can ask for, and they are extremely easy on the pocket! Also, if they don't have it, they will find it! I will be going back again, and I drive from Clarksville! Their inventory the superior to any other used tire shop I have ever seen, and the friendliness of the staff is superior to any other shop I have ever been to! Thank you all again!”

“Here in Nashville for vacation. Had some vibration issues with our tow vehicle. Called First Chance on Wed and asked if they did road force tire balancing and they did. I asked if I could bring it in on Thurs and was told yes. I arrived as soon as they opened. Took the vehicle into the shop right away. Performed the necessary repairs. Took the vehicle for a test drive all seems good

“I give 4 stars but if I could give 5 for Jared I WOULD !!!! ( preferably 10 his customer service is THAT good! ) but I have to take one off cause of the attitude from Hansley.. they sent me a broken part and they knew they sent it and then they made it right of course by mailing me out another part EVEN THO it wasn’t the right one but I had to wait for so much longer just to even get it so I just rigged the broken one. but Jared was the one that was very helpful on the whole situation very patient very kind. Customer service abilities was off the chart but Hansley that dude right there has to have some female in him the way he acts. He oughta use them muscles the way he runs his mouth. VERY rude. Company is good And provides good parts despite being you know sent a broken part, but we’ll still use them. We’ve gotten motors transmissions from them and the vehicles are still running today. It’s just the service inside at the front desk is the problem it ain’t the company company is great.”
“These guys are amazing! Jack, Kendall, all the service guys are top notch! They got us in as soon as we showed up, completed the work we needed and then some. There has never been such attention to detail or service as this shop. Most other shops we’ve been to have just done the bare minimum. They were friendly and attentive, shuttled us to our hotel and back and sent us off with some Mack swag. Definitely our new shop!”

“The team here is truly amazing and got my vehicle done in record time . The partnership with the local enterprise made getting my rental super super easy. I didn’t have to go anywhere extra when it was time to pick up my vehicle which initially I was kind of stressed out about as I thought I would have to find a driver.
The lady at the front desk is a great advocate for the clients that they serve and Sean was a great advisor to work with keeping me informed along the way as to the updates with my vehicle initially it was supposed to take two weeks, but they got it done in less than a week and it looks amazing.
