Recently, our transmission went out, and because they had done previous work for us and done it so well, I took it there for the transmission replacement. They made sure that the unit worked perfectly, and when the unit they got from their supplier ultimately didn't act correctly, they replaced it and made sure that we were able to safely drive from point A to B and beyond. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Automotive, and for the caliber of people and mechanics Danny and his crew are.”

But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.”
