“Arrived at 15:00 for a 20:00 appointment checked in. Was told to park in the culdesac outside of the warehouse & that I would get a call when they were ready for me. Got a call at 20:08 was unloaded at 20:50. You can park overnight in the culdesac. Everyone from the guard shack to the shipping office was nice, respectful, & professional.”
“Called about a honda element door and they confirmed to have it. I went the next day to purchase it. When I arrived, they offered me to inspect the door as part of their process. I was driven out to the vehicle in the yard, and I inspected. Got back to the office and confirmed I did want the door and paid for the door. A very short time later, they brought the door to my vehicle and helped me load it. Quick smooth operation. Thank yall for what you do.”
