“Yes yall have been very good to me about my house burning an having to catch up 3 storage units with my whole family's stuff sentimental stuff important paperwork jewelry stuff that I can't afford to replace I left Mississippi this morning at 5:00am to come get what I could and pay u what I could and try to get all my stuff in one storage unit it said u was open from 6am to 9pm an it wouldn't let me in I tried an tried to call office but no answer please tell me what to do in this situation I wasted ten hours of our time that I could have got some stuff an downgraded to at least 1 storage unit u definitely need to leave a secondary contact number to get in touch with yall I just drove 12 hrs there an back home for nothing”
