“I cannot say enough about the delivery drivers on both ends of this move. Alyssa and Shelby were amazing and it is so wonderful to see strong, competent, women doing this job. I had a bit of a problem at the beginning with my original new box which was damaged. Can a replacement became very complex with the billing. But after that was settled, everything was excellent. I’ve since recommended the service to several of my friends who are also moving long distances. I was honestly prepared very much worse experience, but I feel like I got a great value and I’m very pleased overall.”

“Yes yall have been very good to me about my house burning an having to catch up 3 storage units with my whole family's stuff sentimental stuff important paperwork jewelry stuff that I can't afford to replace I left Mississippi this morning at 5:00am to come get what I could and pay u what I could and try to get all my stuff in one storage unit it said u was open from 6am to 9pm an it wouldn't let me in I tried an tried to call office but no answer please tell me what to do in this situation I wasted ten hours of our time that I could have got some stuff an downgraded to at least 1 storage unit u definitely need to leave a secondary contact number to get in touch with yall I just drove 12 hrs there an back home for nothing”
