“The owner Sean Saunders is truly an outstanding guy! Not only does he do a great job at running Florence Road Self Storage, but he's also a private pilot and owns his own Airplane. He makes friends wherever he goes. One of his lifelong best friends is Mike Hollingshead who owns SRM here in town. It's a nationwide concrete plant. He's known Mike for many years. Sean knew him when he started with a single pickup truck pouring driveways. Now Mike is hands down the wealthiest guy in Smyrna. We're talking billions! That says a lot! Mike even uses his private jet to fly Sean around from time to time! That's what you call "a friend with benefits!" Sean loves hockey! You can find him most any given night the Nashville Predators are playing as he's a season ticket holder, but if you don't see him in his normal assigned seat, then he's snuck over to the Tropicana VIP Box. where his buddy works. He also loves visiting the Indiana casinos where he's always being offered free vacations, or free food and rooms! He flew me there in his airplane once and we had so much food arriving at the table, we couldn't finish it all, and It was FREE!!! Oh... I almost forgot to mention. He has an airplane exhibit in the Smithsonian museum! It's in the kids section where they can climb into it and discover and play! Very cool if you ask me! Sean's just a hell of a great guy! He has friends everywhere! I've never gone anywhere with him where someone doesn't come up, walk up and start talking to him! He knows EVERYONE and EVERYONE loves him! He's always laughing or telling jokes, he's kind, caring, thoughtful. He also spends a lot of time taking care of his elderly parents and giving to the community. He is really an upstanding person.If you ever catch yourself in Smyrna, TN with a bit of time to kill.. Take a moment out of your day to drop by the storage office and if you're lucky enough to meet Sean, you will then completely understand what I'm saying. Look for the jolly fellow wearing a neon colored shirt with an airplane embroidered on the pocket. One of the coolest guys I know! Sean has been a real blessing in my life.”
