“I love this place. The people working have always been very nice. I've found that some labels are not in English so I use Google lens to translate for me. (Fun -no stress shopping) They have foods you just can't find in a regular grocery store so I usually take my time walking around looking at stuff. They even serve fresh made food too. They had baclava among other things today. I picked up a jar of Fire Roasted Eggplant 😀. My trip was to Hollywood Feed next door but I couldn't pass up browsing the Olive House for a few minutes too.”

“Aldi is our go-to for our weekly grocery run and has the best return policy! Denise, the store manager, is so busy yet goes above and beyond to look out for me as a regular customer. The twice-as-nice guarantee has been helpful to us a number of times if we have bought produce that ended up not being fresh, etc. They happily exchange the product AND give a full refund. Also, just recently I found a Lego creator set in the clearance section of Aldi Finds, but it was still listed full price ($30) when rung up by Denise. I asked her if Legos ever get marked down in price for clearance, and she told me she would hold onto it for me behind the counter. Yesterday (now several weeks later), she suggested we check the price on it again, and it was marked down to $7.50! It was such a great deal for my daughter's birthday gift! Praise to Denise for looking out for me as one of her customers. That level of kindness and customer satisfaction is a rare find these days!”

“Stacey, Devin, Ms. Jamie, and Tina at the Arlington Fuel Center, Arlington, TN are wonderful. They are always welcoming and greet you with a smile. Ms. Jamie always smiles. Devin took the time to stop what he was doing to ask me what I needed. Stacey is absolutely wonderful too. My husband loves talking about football with her. Whichever of us is in the store she always asks about the other. I met Tina recently and she is incredible. She was so respectful of a homeless man and addressed him as Mr. Last Name. We have never had a bad experience! They exemplify excellence in the customer experience. I am a former patient advocate and taught customer service.
