She was patient, kind, and did not make me feel stupid for not quiet knowing how to access my stuff or move money around. But really what impressed me is she called me a few days later and left me a voicemail about my transfer issues and updated me. She looked into it and got back to me with some info that I didn’t even ask for. She took that upon herself and to me that is great customer service. Which is hard to find these days anywhere. “This bank was great! We do not have accounts here however my parents did. When they both passed away the banker Cody was able to assist over the phone and email (I live in Michigan) and had everything ready and in order for when we came in to get those accounts closed.
Other than having to be present to sign in person (would have loved the option to e-sign) Cody and this branch was great!
