I believe Torbin, a young gentleman, he made me feel so welcome and gave me all the time I needed when I was saying my goodbyes. He made me laugh too and it was needed cause I cried for a long time. He deserves the praise cause I can’t thank him enough for being such a great human being. Comforting my baby as he passed and making sure I was okay with continuing every step of the way. Thank you! I appreciated the time they took to answer his questions and guide us in the right direction for training. They also gave him a cute puppy bag with educational printouts and treats. Rollo especially loved the bone they gave him.”

“Dr. Warren has outstanding knowledge surpassing any other Veternarian I’ve gone to. She diagnosed our dog with precision without seeing the x-rays I had taken previously. She discovered an area of pain two other vets did not identify. My original Veternarian suggested I get acupuncture. Dr. Warren does acupuncture and laser therapy. I highly recommend her. “I like Banfield, staff is professional and friendly, so far no real surprise charges. I typically ask up front what the charge will be. Sometimes, there are things that are not covered in the care plan they have. One of my dogs has lupus and they have done a great job managing it. Though my 2 Pyrenees recieve excellent and consistent care... Banfield has a problem with turn-over. I almost never see the same vet, nurses, or receptionist, I've been coming to Banfield for 4 years and have yet to talk to one person who took care of my dogs at any time in the past 4 years. That's the only thing I don't really care for, but is not a deal breaker for me.”
