“By far my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is quiet and respectful, and the management/staff is also super helpful whenever you need them. Every maintenance order I put in was taken care of within the same day I put it in (if I put it in earlier in the day.) I lived here for 4 years & I would highly recommend it to anyone I know.”

“I appreciate the staff at Hartmann they have always been very helpful. The location, amenities and convenience are perfect for what I need. I'm really enjoying the fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor saltwater pool. They also have a new indoor dog washing station that has a grooming station with a dryer that's so handy. They also have 500/500 internet that works great for my streaming services and when I work from home.”
“I moved here in 2021. When I left in 2024, the rent was $200/month higher. That’s a 19.23% increase over 3 years, or 6.41% annually. That’s much higher than annual wage increases of 2-3% on avg. In 30 years, a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment will definitely exceed $6500/month if increased annually at 6.41%. In short, I’m a homeowner because I refuse to let this be a reality for me. Can you imagine what NYC will be…”
