“Came to Barton’s Run Trace after looking at a few places in the area, this place has the best SqFt/month, having a good rent history Angel got me in Fast! The unit I’m in is Spacious and Quiet, everyone around is Friendly and Respectful. it’s a gated community with a very nice Pool, they have Community Events for the Residents. If there’s any maintenance issues with your apartment they’re quick to respond! (This is a big one for me, past experiences with maintenance folks at my last spot were not good to say the least), so far it’s been a beautiful place to live and very peaceful.”

“I appreciate the staff at Hartmann they have always been very helpful. The location, amenities and convenience are perfect for what I need. I'm really enjoying the fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor saltwater pool. They also have a new indoor dog washing station that has a grooming station with a dryer that's so handy. They also have 500/500 internet that works great for my streaming services and when I work from home.”
“I moved here in 2021. When I left in 2024, the rent was $200/month higher. That’s a 19.23% increase over 3 years, or 6.41% annually. That’s much higher than annual wage increases of 2-3% on avg. In 30 years, a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment will definitely exceed $6500/month if increased annually at 6.41%. In short, I’m a homeowner because I refuse to let this be a reality for me. Can you imagine what NYC will be…”
