The customer service provided by Charles was nothing short of outstanding. This was the first time in 45 years of driving that I have had to have body work done to one of my vehicles. “Had a 9am appointment to unload my 53" trailer. Arrived at 8:40. Was unsure of the dock location, but once I pulled into the lot I could see there was a large area around back with a dock for large loads. Posting this because as of now Google hasn't updated the street or satellite view and it looks like its still under construction. Got docked right away and am being unloaded already.”

“Took my 6th gen camaro ss to delk for a converter tune and flex fuel sensor kit and they knocked that outta the park and even found a few other issues that another performance shop didn't find. Car drives and is faster than it's ever been would definitely recommend delk!!!”

“Driver for Copart. We were being sent to kenworth for most things and Goodyear right down the rd for tires and DOT Annual Inspections. Kenworth puts you out of work for days for any and everything and Goodyear will A$$ a body around for days! So we tried Cumberland International and they were getting the truck in the bay as we were leaving. One of the handles on my tow truck broke off and kenworth charged $2100 to strip a bolt out and say they cant do anything with it. Cumberland had my handle fixed and my inspection done in under 3 hours!”
“Most knowledgeable of all of the auto parts stores in Lebanon. Kept getting the wrong part from numerous other stores when I call them they ask for the vehicles v i n number and were able to find the correct part. No one else asked for it and they gave us the wrong part.”
