“American Auto Body is the best body shop in town. I hit a deer about a month ago right before Christmas on my way to work and it messed my car up bad. I took it to American Auto Body and they went out to look at my car took pictures and went in immediately and started righting up a quote! After they gave the quote i just went ahead and left my car there because i knew i was going to use them!! They had to wait on parts to get in before they could work on it. After parts came in they got it finished within 3 days!! There work it’s so good!! Everybody that works there is so nice and everybody in the front office!! If you ever need your vehicle to be fixed go to them!! They are the nicest people i know!! Great customers service!! I would definitely recommend them!! I inserted pictures to see how good there work is!! My car looks brand new!!!”
“Very reliable repair shop! Was available to take my car in the very next day of my accident. Easy to coordinate with if you are going through insurance to get your car done. I have other repair issues needing to get taken care of that are unrelated to me coming here, but upon seeing how brand new and put together my car looks after spending time at this location, I decided to ask for estimates on what they can fix in addition to what was completed. I was given honest and very affordable quotes on my vehicle. Definitely plan to make this my go to in and spread the word about this location of caliber! GREAT TEAM AND WORKMANSHIP OF SERVICE!”

“I called Bates Ford yesterday about a recall I had on my 2014 F150 Raptor and asked them if they could help. I figured I would get a long period of time would pass before they would be able to get me in seeing as how it was a recall. Shelley in service was very nice and took all my info and then told me they could have a mobile technician at my house first thing in the morning. I was shocked. Today a you gentleman (whose name I forgot to get) showed up promptly at 9 and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. It was a great customer experience from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience with them. Thank you for your timely resolution to the issue with my Raptor.”
“Awesome buying experience. No haggle pricing with no add on fees, just tax. MS Perez knows her stuff. She knows the product, parts, and the paperwork. We finished the deal at the sister store Cedar City. They are also awesome. As with any new camper we has a few things needing attention after the first trip. Less than a day and back on the road. “Had a 9am appointment to unload my 53" trailer. Arrived at 8:40. Was unsure of the dock location, but once I pulled into the lot I could see there was a large area around back with a dock for large loads. Posting this because as of now Google hasn't updated the street or satellite view and it looks like its still under construction. Got docked right away and am being unloaded already.”
“Wasn’t sure what was wrong with our car we figured it was the alternator we got suggested crook Auto electric. We dealt with Jason he was very upfront and respectful the whole time. We had our car towed there at 10 o’clock in the morning expecting to pay LOTS OF MONEY because of how severe it was acting and not running at all. Jason called us about an hour and a half later said it was wiring and only charged us $120 to fix it. I could’ve kissed that man. We’ll definitely be using them in the future.”
“I took my car to Gerber after I was hit in the back end by a semi. They done an excellent job of fixing my car and they were done before the estimated date. They also delt with the insurance company taking all that stress off me.”
“Delivered here right off the interstate 840 not difficult to find at all, they are typically fast especially if your on time appointment, sometimes they take you early if they are not too backed up.”
“I have never had such a great experience at any other shop. They were friendly and super quick- I literally called and they had me bring my car in THAT DAY. Then they gave me an ETA of a few days for the 4 repairs I requested to be done, but they were done in 2, and that included ordering the parts needed to complete everything. They even re-attached my bumper, as it was a little loose, without me asking and didn't even charge me for it - just out of courtesy. These guys are seriously the best and I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future. As a female who isn't car-savvy in the slightest, they made me feel like I was in good hands. 10/10 recommend this location!”

“Driver for Copart. We were being sent to kenworth for most things and Goodyear right down the rd for tires and DOT Annual Inspections. Kenworth puts you out of work for days for any and everything and Goodyear will A$$ a body around for days! So we tried Cumberland International and they were getting the truck in the bay as we were leaving. One of the handles on my tow truck broke off and kenworth charged $2100 to strip a bolt out and say they cant do anything with it. Cumberland had my handle fixed and my inspection done in under 3 hours!”

“Had a VERY slow leak in tire and couldn't find it myself. Was the fiesf person there at 7am and at 8:45 was finished. It took that long to bubble. Went out of their way to teach me tricks to finding very slow leaks.”
