“Very reliable repair shop! Was available to take my car in the very next day of my accident. Easy to coordinate with if you are going through insurance to get your car done. I have other repair issues needing to get taken care of that are unrelated to me coming here, but upon seeing how brand new and put together my car looks after spending time at this location, I decided to ask for estimates on what they can fix in addition to what was completed. I was given honest and very affordable quotes on my vehicle. Definitely plan to make this my go to in and spread the word about this location of caliber! GREAT TEAM AND WORKMANSHIP OF SERVICE!”

“We needed to stop while we were on a trip because the convection oven was swinging out (only connected by three top bolts). They took us right away, and helped us get the oven seated back on the back bracket. They charged a minimal fee.”

Needless to say I put the biggest Catching Eyes sticker on my daily driver, Why is all this "Important" 20 years later Amamda Jade Denton gave me the "You don't come back for me I am your Loss" witch lead to as Truck Trendz put it 2015 Return of a Legend Slammin' & Jammin' A.K.A Lo-Life Crusin, I spent that memorial day weekend incarcerated during the PCCRutherford Settlement.com scandal, Was proud to take the Breaking the Chains of Addictions program, and be like 1st step to recovery is admit ing you have an Addiction, Jade Denton claims on her Order in 2014 I show Obsession with Jade Flames and Jade Wheels, Guyz that's Addictive Trendz it's and addiction, She claims no Personal TIES we call those Severed TIES now my "Criminal" history, that's "Impressive" all these" Safety" violations I got a problem with Authority, and the 1st thing on my background was from 1998 an Order of Protection from my mom against my dad now some would call that Vision but That's Catching Eyes, make sure your paying attention cause honestly No matter how wild I supposedly ran at 17 my mom and sister was the "BOSS" lol.”

“I checked around with several transmission shops they all quoted me about the same price for a rebuild. The difference and the reason I chose to let Wilson and his team rebuild my 17 silverado was everyone was 2-3 weeks and a stock build, Wilson told me it will take about a week and they would use a bigger torque converter and used new pumps instead of rebuilding the old pump. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday they started on Tuesday and I picked up my truck the following Tuesday. Wilson test drove with me in the passenger seat at first he did not feel the same issue then I was able to let him know at what speed and under what conditions I was having problems, he replicated those conditions, and said yep we can fix that. He explained that occasionally an old line might leak being under the pressure of a new pump so they asked that I return after a couple hundred miles to inspect for leaks. This took about 10 min, thankfully I did not have any "new" issues for repair. The team at PRNDL was professional and treated me like an old friend. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will use them again if I have another vehicle needing trans work. Not worried about my silverado as they warranty their work.”

“Five stars to this shop and Tommy himself, I was on my way back to where I currently reside from buying a part at an auto salvage yard about 90 miles away from where I am and Tommy was on the way, had a red light. I noticed there was a girl stopped on the side of the road and I see she was looking at a car and I figured she probably needs a hand. Maybe I could help so I turned around at the red light and I noticed she had a flat. Tommy was nice enough to lend us a jack so I could get the wheel off. I brought the tire down to him and even though he doesn’t do anything with patches or tire related in that regard, I asked him if he could fill it up with air so I could see where it’s leaking from, and best case scenario, patch it because I have a patch kit and he was surprisingly receptive to it. He allowed me to patch the tire there myself and even supplied a reeling tool I didn’t have on hand, surprise again.. and didn’t ask for nothing in return. I’ve got nothing but good to say about him and I hope his day, as well and business, treats him such also PS I never did get a number or anything really more than her first name but I almost can’t believe it was coincidence, or anything other than fate or destiny if you will.. and if she ever sees this well, know at the very least there are people who are genuine that will be there for you even when you least expect it. I hope the best regardless.. I hope it gave you a little light to carry with you.

“This was not my (previous) usual shop, but they are closest to my house so one night, in a pinch, I had my car towed there to have some work done the following day. I've now had a handful of experiences there and I've been quite happy with their work, their customer service, and my experiences there in general. “I have never had such a great experience at any other shop. They were friendly and super quick- I literally called and they had me bring my car in THAT DAY. Then they gave me an ETA of a few days for the 4 repairs I requested to be done, but they were done in 2, and that included ordering the parts needed to complete everything. They even re-attached my bumper, as it was a little loose, without me asking and didn't even charge me for it - just out of courtesy. These guys are seriously the best and I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future.
