“The salesperson was very nice very personable and had a reasonable knowledge of the product on the floor the bed that I chose was I thought very high quality and was almost $5,000 for the bed in the base. The base developed a very loud noise when the massage Motors were running it was unlivable they went ahead and scheduled somebody to take a look and they apparently went to the wrong City to make up for this mattress firm gave me a $800 upgraded Bass which I thought was incredible for them to do that unfortunately the bed that I bought did not work out it was supposed to be a firm bed I do weigh around 295 lb and it started to develop a sag in less than 4 months so I had to return that bed however the return process was Payless they were very polite and kind and went ahead and processed my return immediately please research the bed you are going to buy for buying it but if you do not appreciate the bed that you got and they do have a very good return policy as a store for buying a bed I would rate this mattress firm as one of the much better storage to work with”

Joe in Murfreesboro has went above and beyond to try to help me with a defective item that I'm on contract purchasing. It is my understanding that the Murfreesboro store is closing and Joe is going to Lebanon. This was a wise decision Buddy's. This man don't know me from Adam but every time I talk to him he treats me like he's known me for years and I appreciate that. Now I got a new futon on its way. Thanks for the help again Joe.”

“After a month of dealing with nightmare customer service for our whirlpool washer from Lowe's (issue was not with Lowe's, but with Whirlpool itself), we went to Aaron's in hope of finding a good washer with a good payment plan.
We spoke with I think Tod or Tom, it was a T name but I can't remember for sure. He ordered us a brand new washer and set up delivery. He helped us find a washer that is better than the one we had, had reasonable payments, and assured us if something happens to the washer he will repair it and bring a different one to use for the time being.
The washer was delivered the following week and delivered early! I was originally told between 9-1, then between 10-2, and the delivery driver (I did not catch his name, unfortunately) arrived a little after 9:50, got the washer into the house, unhooked the old one and hooked up the new one and made sure it worked and the water was running properly before leaving.

I know people say Aaron's prices are higher than retail, but for the quality of customer service, definitely worth it and we will definitely be back again when we decide to upgrade!”
