He ensured that I got the best deal and after the purchase of the new phone, he didn't just pass me some instructions on how to set everything up (like I've seen with another carrier), he actually took the time to install the screen protector, physically set the data transfer up on the new phone, and answered all my technical questions. It would be nice if other (all type) stores would adopt his overall method of customer service!!”
“Top notch! Store is nice updated clean. The staff are insanely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Tasha and Jessica are the two reasons I continue to stay with Cricket as my wireless provider. Tasha won me over, and Jessica continues to deal with any technical issues I may have, and they both, do whatever necessary to make sure I’m a satisfied customer.
