“Therese was incredibly helpful and was instrumental in getting my new phone Up and running. Don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. Awesome employee who went above and beyond.”

“Austin demonstrated how a REAL PROFESSIONAL performs in a busy work environment. He ensured that I got the best deal and after the purchase of the new phone, he didn't just pass me some instructions on how to set everything up (like I've seen with another carrier), he actually took the time to install the screen protector, physically set the data transfer up on the new phone, and answered all my technical questions. It would be nice if other (all type) stores would adopt his overall method of customer service!!”

“Top notch! Store is nice updated clean. The staff are insanely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Tasha and Jessica are the two reasons I continue to stay with Cricket as my wireless provider. Tasha won me over, and Jessica continues to deal with any technical issues I may have, and they both, do whatever necessary to make sure I’m a satisfied customer. So Cricket , just know, you have two valuable assets in Tasha and Jessica hope you take great care of them because they definitely take care of customers. ?”

“This store is great, I was helped by a girl, and she was great to me and my mom helping us get new phones and helping us set them up. The two people who were working Sunday yesterday were great and very understanding and caring to us and we appreciate that so much from them.”
