This is a really great place. The manager is really nice if you're having car trouble need the tools to help fix it go to this O'Reillys.”

“So many thanks to Billy in the Auto Center. I had traveled from Crossville to Lenoir City to buy a boat. The tires on the trailer were absolutely shot and would never have made it home. I just needed some help switching to a set of new wheels/tires that I had with me. The problem was that it was 20 min til close. First I tried the closer option at Firestone, they told me they didn't have time, try Walmart. By the time I got to Walmart Billy had already started closing, but he helped me get them swapped. I would have been stuck without his assistance.

“Honestly, this is the best auto body shop I have been to. I hit the railroad track right behind them and messed my car up badly. Right after it happened, they were open they instantly helped me out. There was no question but trying to calm me down. Everyone was great when I would talk to them, and they would explain everything to me. Which helps because I do not live in LC.”
