That’s what Steve, the store manager, said just before he started cleaning my battery terminals. He had checked out my battery and suggested that I could, when I got home, clean the terminals and the posts. But then he suggested that he could do it. I asked “are you sure”. That’s when he uttered this great quote. It made my day!”

“So many thanks to Billy in the Auto Center. I had traveled from Crossville to Lenoir City to buy a boat. The tires on the trailer were absolutely shot and would never have made it home. I just needed some help switching to a set of new wheels/tires that I had with me. The problem was that it was 20 min til close. First I tried the closer option at Firestone, they told me they didn't have time, try Walmart. By the time I got to Walmart Billy had already started closing, but he helped me get them swapped. I would have been stuck without his assistance.
