“I recently had posted a negative rating for Brown Squirrel. Within an hour of posting it, the vice president called and said he was in the process of checking out what had happened because that is not their policy. But, regardless of what had happened, he WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.
He found the problem and said he would try to see what happened to our set, or, he would meet us personally at the store and we could pick another set. They found our original set and said we could take it, or still come pick another set. We chose our original set and he said he and his whole team would check it out before it shipped. We are going to get our set Friday plus minus the delivery fee we had paid for the damaged product.
To me, Brown Squirrel had gone above and beyond to make everything right!! Thank you Brown Squirrel. We will definitely recommend you to you to anyone, any time”

Heather walked us through the process, and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. From the type of wood, the stain color, to even the hardware, she was with us every step. The owners, Angie and Bobby, informed us when our pieces arrived, and even sent us pictures! The AE team were knowledgeable, helpful and professional through the whole process, even sending their team to our home for a white glove delivery. It was a completely seamless process. “We walked in to Ethan Allen in turkey creek and Judy pfeffer walked over to greet us. When we bought our furniture we got lucky to have mary Kay help u the first purchase. She has Since retired. Just as wonderful. Judy helped us wasn’t pushy. Just professional helpful and knowledgeable. The sales staff at this store are a lllike that. We walked into many furniture stores and Ethan Allen is the only one that we are greeted by a sales person.”

“Not what I was expecting. Warehouse feel with decent stuff but I felt a little pricey for the quality. I will say that the staff was very helpful when my friend found a side table she liked. Problem was she wanted a pair and the store only had 1 boxed. The floor model had a scratch so the employee searched their other store in Chattanooga on his phone where it said 1 was available.
We just didn't want to drive that far so unfortunately we passed on the table. Customer service was great though.”

“Chimay beer is hard to find and I come here to get it. Its incredible beer made by monks and Belgium. They dedicate their life to work and prayer. Proceeds go to charities in the area. I also can mochi a Taiwanese candy on the way put. I love their little itally section. The prices are very reasonable considering their global supply chains can be expensive and complex. I enjoy talking to the really nice employees that work there. I'll be back for more chimay and Christmas gifts.”
“Love the variety of the things they sell, step up (or 2) from Walmart. However, pricing on a lot of their items can be high. Customer service is very easy to find, unlike Walmart. Last time I was at Walmart I had to look for an associate for several min & when I finally found one, they spoke no English & was unable to help me. I gave up & left.”

Yes the store is always full of beautifully unique home furnishings but the most special part of the place is the owner Jennifer. She always goes out of her way for all her clients and greets everyone with her bright smile. I have sent my own clients, friends and family to Mangos and they always mention how wonderful Jennifer and her staff are- I highly recommend a trip to the Lenoir City Mangos- they never disappoint!”
