“My phone overheated the first day I got it. The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone.”
“Went to Verizon in Lenoir City because my smart watch was over heating. Jackson was incredible. He helped me with getting a new watch under warranty. When the watch came in, Verizon tech support never called to help set the watch up. I went to the store and Max proceeded to do it for me. I would highly recommend this store and these 2 employees.”
