“Took to store in Knoxville on Parkside. They checked and charging port on wife's Samsung Galaxy S21 wasn't working. Quoted 99.99 to replace. When I went back they said they found a loose connection inside and fixed it, cost was $54. We were talking and I mentioned being in N Y in USAF and they said they had a 10% military discount. $43 for repair. Great service and everyone was very pleasant to work with.Highly recommend their services. Have used them in Florida as well.Thanks!!!!!”

“Update 12-27-23Had to get new phone today with some pretty complicated requests regarding parental controls and Sierra was awesome to deal with. She set up everything perfectly and was tickled at how quickly she accomplished it all. Very grateful for all her efforts and help!Stopped by today to have new phone activated. I needed parental controls set up and had no clue what to do. Daniel went out of his way to help me, helping set everything up, showing me helpful features that needed to be turned on and others that needed to be turned off. What a God-send he was to us. Totally our hero, for sure!!! So very helpful. I also laughed a lot at a battery operated Chewbacca they have there that's hilarious. They were really great!”

“We began shopping for a new phone provider this past week, and AT&T was on our list, though near the bottom. We were concerned about pricing more than anything else. We went in, and got Jacob as our representative. Pleasant, with a good sense of humor. He quoted us on what we were looking for (3 new phones, with unlimited plans, and a military discount). They beat the nearest competitor of the big three by $26.We told him we were going to 'sleep on it', and that we would most likely be back. Jacob didn't pressure us, or try to get us to buy right then. He was fine with us thinking it over, which is rare for most in the sales/commission business. We went back 2 days later on Jacob's shift, and the offer was the exact same. We signed up, and the entire transaction from start to finish was easily the most pleasant phone provider experience we've ever had.We can't recommend Jacob and this AT&T store enough. If you don't like pushy salesmen, and you're looking for a phone with a quality provider, then go see them, and at least give them a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended at this time.”

“My 4 year old Mac Book Air needed a new battery. I called around and all the area Apple approved repair locations required me to leave my notebook for a number of days to get the battery replaced but not here!Technician Scott was amazing and my battery was replaced in 30 minutes and that included a diagnostic test before and after battery replacement. The price was reasonable and since the battery was on hand, I didn't have to do without my notebook at all. Thanks Scott!”
