“Took to store in Knoxville on Parkside. They checked and charging port on wife's Samsung Galaxy S21 wasn't working. Quoted 99.99 to replace. When I went back they said they found a loose connection inside and fixed it, cost was $54. We were talking and I mentioned being in N Y in USAF and they said they had a 10% military discount. $43 for repair. Great service and everyone was very pleasant to work with.Highly recommend their services. Have used them in Florida as well.Thanks!!!!!”

When the watch came in, Verizon tech support never called to help set the watch up. I went to the store and Max proceeded to do it for me. I would highly recommend this store and these 2 employees.”

The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone.”
“My 4 year old Mac Book Air needed a new battery. I called around and all the area Apple approved repair locations required me to leave my notebook for a number of days to get the battery replaced but not here!Technician Scott was amazing and my battery was replaced in 30 minutes and that included a diagnostic test before and after battery replacement. The price was reasonable and since the battery was on hand, I didn't have to do without my notebook at all. Thanks Scott!”
