“Overall: Amazing customer care! I live nearby and my heavy package was not delivered to my door at top floor today. I ordered it online and I added important delivery instructions. But somehow Fedex put a Ground Shipping label on it - means they don't have to deliver to your door. As a customer, there is no way I could know about this. There was no info about this before ordering. Only reason I had to order online was because I am a small woman and I live by myself. There is no way I can carry heavy things by myself like this one.
My package was left by the entrance, close to outside and I had no one to help me carry it upstairs. I called their customer care, I didn't receive a resolution, they only opened a ticket. So I had to drive to this actual location and asked for help in person. It worked! They actually helped me right away, they immediately provided me 2 guys, they arrived with a truck and delivered my heavy package to my door! They worked as a team.
I highly recommend this location.”
