“Stephanie at sloans her customer service reaches beyond the store. My husband had a truck engine that was to be delivered to our home. He was expecting the delivery and got a call from stephanie at sloans, saying the trucker was trying to deliver it there. The auto parts store we ordered it from obviously had the wrong address, and the trucker was giving her a hard time trying to leave it in the parking lot. Stephanie went the extra mile to ask the trucker for the delivery address phone number and called to let us know what was going on. The trucker was reluctant to resolve the issue but thanks to stephanie he delivered it to our home. A mistake was made on the auto parts end, and the trucker said technically he could deliver it to the address given, but stephanie went the extra mile, she didn’t have to call us she could have just rejected it but she handled business with the customer in mind. We shop at Sloans anyway and love the store. Sloans should be proud to have a an employee like Stephanie! My husband called back to thank her and she was so relieved and said she wanted to make sure this delivery got to the right person. Thanks again Stephanie!”

“I got my wheels aligned here and the only complaint I'd have is they could invest a wee bit more into the customer waiting area but the service was spot on. They said it took a little longer to make sure it was right and even test drove it before returning it to my hands. That means a lot to me and that's exactly why I won't let anyone else touch the alignment of my wheels and tires. Don't get me started on thier superior prices either.
