“Ace is the classic neighborhood hardware store: do not expect a home depot selection and expect somewhat higher prices. I cannot complain too much, however, because it saves me the 30 minutes trip to the nearest home depot whenever I need to purchase just a few screws.”

“The day before a big snow I checked our sleds only to find they were all damaged. I called a half dozen stores and went to several and was told, “we just sold out 15 minutes ago.” I called Wilburn’s and the guy said they had a few left. Hadn’t even considered the store closed at 5 pm. When I arrived a little after, I could see the keys in the door and the folks ready to go home. Gentleman didn’t hesitate to open the door and let me purchase a couple. I’ve never been to this business but I’ll be back as it looked amazing and customer service was terrific.”
