“This place consistently has better prices than the next gas station down on a better selection of food. On gas they're normally on par, would so excited about getting gas anyway right? It's a gas station what really do you want?

“I’d give 5 stars if the parking lot was repaved. Unfortunately there are old pot holes in the lot and it’s annoying. Overall people are really nice that work there. Just got renovated signs pumps etc. Turning into a Sunoco. Definitely an upgrade. Hopefully parking lot is on the to do list. If it gets repaved il change my review to 5 stars.”

After my previous review and Casey's reply, the creamer has not been out one time, except for once for a very short time when the machine was down, which is no one's fault. The fact that it was taken care of so quickly tells me I must have been telling the wrong employee about the creamer issue.
The people that work at this Casey's are the friendliest gas station employees you will encounter in Louisville OR Alcoa. I highly recommend stopping here.
Staff is friendly, store is usually clean, but I stop here every morning for coffee, and there is never any half and half or creamer in the chiller. Maybe 1 out of every 10 mornings there will be. Silly thing to complain about, I know, but it's the main reason I stop there.
Otherwise, I can't say anything bad about this store.”
“Vicki is so sweet and helpful. Most importantly , she whips up an exceptional double cheeseburger! Best I've had in a long time. I don't feel that they're attempting to take advantage of local consumers because of the remote location of Big Al's”

“It had everything I needed! Also the manager met me and was really nice and the pizzas were really amazing! And the best part is that you see the pizzas while it’s being made! So I thought it was all out amazing, I recommend going there because they were so nice and friendly!”
