“I burned up a clutch in the Smoky Mountains around 5 p.m. at mile marker 17. If you know the area, you know there’s nothing out there—no Ubers, no Lyfts, no AAA (they don’t even cover this area), and calling Harley-Davidson roadside assistance isn’t much better. In situations like this, you’re left with one option: local tow services.
C&M stepped up big time. They came out in the dark, safely picked up my bike, and even held it at their residence overnight before personally delivering it to the dealer the next morning. Their professionalism and care put safety—both mine and the people I was with—first.

“Decent price for the sudden need for tow....and cheaper than any of the other quotes I had gotten. Payments are available for cash or card. My only complaint was it took a lot longer than expected for them to get to me. But the service was great. Loaded up my vehicle without a problem. Nice and secure. Dropped it off just as well. No issues at all. Felt bad it was in the rain but they handled it with no problem.”

“Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt.Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more.Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so.My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.”
