“The staff are always friendly and the food is really good for the "hole in the wall" type of gas station that seeves mads to order deli food. I have been coming here since the early 2000's and will continue to as long as it stays running like it has been all these years that my family has been enjoying it.”
“Steve, the assistant manager at IGA, made my day with his kindness and compassion. You can tell that he cares so much about people, and he is a perfect example that there is still good in the world. He insisted on helping me find a couple items in the store after I had mostly given up on finding them myself. When I went to check out, we ran into some problems and he again insisted on making sure everything was taken care of before I left. He even ended up paying for some of my groceries when the problem couldn’t be figured out, which was just an example of him going above and beyond to take care of a customer. It is rare that you see kindness like that these days, but Steve showed me tonight that good people still exist. He always offers kind words and the sweetest smile when you walk in the store. He’s just the best.”
“Love to shop at Food City store at Maynardville,TN THEY don't change everything ever week ! Your trip is faster when you know where it was 2 days ago .I hate it when they move the aisles ever few weeks.”
“It was my first time at Patriots. The food was great. For a quick meal, this would be my first choice. The menu was simple and easy to sort through, and the service was fast.”
“A very appealing shop. Many fine offerings. The Riesling wine sold there is produced from California grapes. It is excellent! It is clear the proprietors know what they are doing. Now I am motivated to return and see what they can accomplish with grapes grown on site. My expectations are pretty high.”
“I really like my neighborhood DG. I usually do the majority of my grocery shopping at this store. I wish they offered more in the grocery section. Less home goods. And fresh produce and veggies.”
“The address given when entered in Google Maps isn't where the Food City is, but at least we passed it so we knew where to go after finding out the address is wrong. Very nice clean interior, well stocked with a large wine selection. Had some trouble finding the ice cream, but other than that, a really nice grocery store.”
“I have been going to this store for many years, it has gone through a rebuild and a lot of staff changes ( but who hasn't since covid. Nice people great store”
“Theu habe done aome rearranging od the store and I really like it. This is definitely my favorite DG to shop at!!!”
“One morning was traveling on the way to Knox county, I stopped at the BREAD BOX FOOD STORE.. I walked back to their cappuccino machine. Of course, hm I I realize prices can go up c time. But for the most part. Is there any deadline to when I would want to switch over question mark I have to say it wasn't”
“I’m new to the area and by far this is my favorite store. The ladies are amazing and are always willing to go out of their way to help anyone who asks. I’ve never went into that store and not been greeted for there was always one of them around to make sure they greet each customer that comes in. The store manager is just so bubbly and energetic that it makes the atmosphere feel wonderful. I don’t know why anyone would try to destroy something that apparently has took a lot time to shape and form to make it just right.”
“I actually like this little store. I live pretty much across the road from the 1 on Rutledge pike (by East Knox Elem.) but will drive across the bridge to go tò this 1. But that's mostly because of the store cleanliness an also, nio, mostly because the 1 on Rutledge pike has the most horrible customer service I've seen at a Dollar General in a very long time. They are quite rude at that 1 an forget it if you need any kind of help on the floor. There store is also a mess most of the time. With carts an merch sitting every where. I certianly understand if there's not enough to ring up customers AND put out stock. Mgt is at fault there. But when you've got even 3 working, thats MORE than enough, honestly!”
“They have been amazing at ensuring my prescriptions are filled on time, hours are convenient, location is convenient for me, and when I need help they are more than willing to assist in getting me whatever paperwork I need for my insurance or helping me organize medication schedules, etc. These ladies are awesome! ?”

“Never had a bad experience at this store since it reopened after the remodel. I am not in that area as much as I used to be but I will try to stop by when I pass that way again.”
“Been going here for years and I still love the sausage egg and cheese biscuits here. Gas is pretty good too but I only use 93 octane so can't say about the rest.”
“They got all the stuff done empty carts the store is clean.we like the store were John works at ............the store in halls feel apart it looks bad they closed at 5.00.pm some days they have a hole store room full go and see .thanks”
“They always have what I need and most of the staff is really nice. The last time I was at this store, a young man waited on me. He never spoke to me except to tell me my total and change, and he didn't even look at me. I thought that to be rude. But otherwise, its a good store.”
