“Store Manager Mel is awesome, in a recent purchase the charger was missing to a product i purchase and a replacement charger is quite expensive as in $$$ expensive. She kept trying to locate the charger even with the store manager not being the most helpful (at the beginning) Mel reached out and a charger was found. Thanks Mel.”

But what really caught my eye was a Star Wars R2-D2 Lego floor model that really caught my eye, wanted it to put together but was not able to purchase it. Maybe next time.”
“I have gotten a washer and dryer delivered today by a gentleman through the Gallatin Road Madison branch. I was very impressed because I did not expect my delivery due to the snowy conditions. The gentleman who delivered was amazing and outstanding my driveway is about a quarter of a mile uphill and because of the weather he parked at the bottom of my driveway and hauled them up the hill in the snow and mud. I have to praise him for all he did for us. He was very pleasant to speak with and was very polite. He treated my home with respect. He was just all around an amazing person. You guys have gone above and beyond and he deserves a raise for what he did for me today. You have an amazing gentleman working for you guys. Thank you guys for making my delivery today in this crappy weather and a big thank you to our delivery driver... he was outstanding and I made sure to call and inform you guys of his hard work.”
