They were honest and told me to properly fix it would not be worth it because it would involve taking the whole screen apart unfortunately, but then offered me practical DIY solutions, recommending a specific plastic welder cream that could be gotten for cheap that will secure the computer against the stand. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge in helping me fix my computer even when there wasn’t a sale on it for them. They ended up even finding some extra welder they had and sold it to me for cheap. Thank you guys!!”

“Mick did a great job helping me in the print center . It’s apparent she knows what she is doing and is good at her job. To start she was very patient with my several failed attempts to email the documents for printing. Finally it went thru (with her help). I was sleep deprived ——operator error.
I had an idea for laminating a card and asked her opinion on where to punch a hole in to so to attach a clip. She told me where she thought it looked best courteously disagreeing with my opinion. Im grateful she was confident enough to give her honest opinion because she was absolutely right. It looks awesome! Great job Muck. I appreciate your help!”
