I told representative I was happy with what internet provider I use and then I got an email stating I ordered home internet I didn't even want can I return the device to the local storeThe representative came knocking on my door walking the neighborhood

Needed to switch 3 lines back to Verizon. 2 lines ported over easily, 1 did not. Took about a week to work it out between carriers, but finally got it done. Will and Mike are great. They were as frustrated as we were with the 1 line issue and worked diligently to get corrected. Overall, love their service!

This is a poor excuse for a cel store. When I walked in there was 1 customer and 1 employee. Took 3min. To be greeted and that was because the employee was talking on the phone. I don't understand why respectable customer service is hard to come by these days.
