“I am seldom disappointed when shopping at TjMaxx, and this visit was no exception. The selection seems to be fresh and frequently refreshed, which makes my frequent visits fun for me. Because I frequently travel within USA , I try to shop any convenient TJMaxx along my travels and stay. I have notices, however, that the prices have increased far more than other 'discounted' stores, which has decidedly cut down on my frequency. That, tho, has saved me a lot of money and lessened the account for the stores.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this location. Every single employee that works in the pick up department needs a raise asap!! Yesterday their mobile app went down and it wasn’t showing an order I had placed so I called the store and talked to this young lady in the pick up dept. She was so nice and so apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her.”
“Super clean Walmart and well organized. It's very modern and updated. My interactions with staff have been limited, but those with direct contact have been friendly. This store also has a Walmart Academy in it, so you will often see employees from other locations who are here for various management training.”
“We visited multiple BELKS this afternoon and had a hard time finding help at the other locations. When we visited the Alcoa location, Melissa 0 was so helpful and graciously went out of her way to help find multiple items in multiple different sizes.
In today’s day and age, customer service is such a lost art.
In a store as big as Belk’s, it’s imperative to be assisted to find what you need.
