A customer had a bottle cork issue and staff helped open it. The card reduces prices and gives points. Some shoppers find the recent reorganization frustrating, especially seniors who have to walk more to find items. A staff member at the do it yourself checkouts was sweeping while lights blinked for help.
I stopped in specifically for the Honeycrisp Apple Kombucha, but it wasn’t on the shelf. Mario went above and beyond with his customer service—he tracked down the remaining bottles in the store for me. Exceptional service! Give Mario a promotion 🎉

Mega store, they have everything under one roof. If you're looking for specific brands of product, this store probably has it. I wish they would hire some cashiers so that you're not scanning and bagging your own groceries. It's ok for 2-3 items, but for large orders it's a pain.
