“Five-star service every single time. I’ve been bringing my Toyota vehicles here for years because of the excellent team. Charles and Eric are fantastic to work with, and Kenny ensures everything is handled with top-tier professionalism. Their speed and attention to detail are unmatched in Ooltewah. Don't waste your day at a big-box store lobby; bring your car here and see the difference for yourself.”

“My husband had a minor fender bender in Altlanta. We only had collision coverage on the vehicle so we started shopping around. Their quote was 1/3 of what everyone else gave us and the car looks amazing. The hood was oxidized from wear and time and they included painting that as well, making the car look even better then it did before the accident. We would happily recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.”

“I recently bought a new car and was very upset to see that someone let a shopping cart scrape all the way across my driver side door. There was even an area that was down to the primer. I came in on the Friday before Christmas and I was told that if I brought it in early Tuesday they would have it done the same day. David estimated $60-100 which sounded fair to me. I just picked my car up today, and it looks beautiful. I was also told that I wasn't being charged. Not sure if it's cuz it was easier than he thought or because it's Christmas, but I was amazed and very happy because I was certainly willing to pay for the work that was done. This is the second time we've used Quest. The first time they repaired damage when my husband's car was hit, and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Quest Collision Center.”

“Just pulled in to have them check my tire. The mechanic extracted a nail (with the skill of a dentist, but less expensive) and plugged the leak. 10 minutes later, I’m back on the road. Cudos to these guys. And as an added bonus, The Man Himself, Steve Ray, handed me a sample of the awesome brisket he was preparing. Unbelievable! I’m a fan.”
