“If the Dollar General truck drivers weren't on strike I wouldn't have had to go to Walmart. Dollar General Corporate..get your act together and get your shelves end aisles stocked!!”
“Absolutely the best grocery store to shop at. Wonderful prices, great selection, smaller than venturing around larger stores, so its easier to get in & out without distractions. Great customer service. High quality food.”
“Great place to go for authentic Mexican food. They also have a grocery store where I’ve got some really good Mexican snacks. I miss this place when I’m not in Jackson.”
“I found everything that I needed plus an extra or two. Everything was easy to find as well. The store was clean. Unfortunately the person up front did not present a positive attitude.”
“Great country store. It is a FFL Dealer. In stock , consigment or good place for a company to ship FFL items to & A $ 30 fee to background that item. Soft drinks & snacks. Reguals hang out around a table in afternoon.”
“They are nice people, very fast unloading, they have a lumper fee, the only reason I give them Four stars cause the guy in the picture was slamming our doors early in the morning to leave the yard, He’s rude and disrespectful.”
“Went to look for Easter eggs on Feb 23rd and asked a lady stocking shelves. She said they weren't out yet but went into the back and opened a box and brought me some. Thanks so much to this lady. My 3 year old and 2 year old had a blast tonight hiding and finding Easter eggs.”
“One of my favorite Dollar Generals and not just because it's close. They keep it very clean and well stocked. Not like most where you cam barely move. The lady that runs it is very nice.”
“"Dollar General is my go-to for budget-friendly essentials! The store is conveniently located, well-stocked, and offers a wide range of products at affordable prices. “The Chasier is the only reason I go there. She is always nice, always friendly. We always share a laugh or two. Keep up the great job. Ya'll need to give her a raise.”
“Love their beef baleada’s. I’m American and only speak a little spanish. The people that work there are always friendly and can understand me even with my very strong country accent lol. The only bad thing is it takes 30 minutes-hour to cook the food. It’s worth the wait though.”
“Great store shop at in order, employees help me find what I was looking for even a customer I needed that support .thanks food giant that's my favorite store food Giant I be back to shop.so,much peace in good organizes store.good sale and deals.”
“Listen... I've come here a few times already and I've appreciated how clean the store is every time. Then today I lost my phone and Mr. Thomas, one of the workers there stopped whatever he was doing and helped me find it! I've never felt so seen or cared for by store employees before. Thank you for finding my phone and thank you for the exceptional service sir! There is still kind people in the world”
“It had lots of parking spaces. On the inside it was clean and didn't have a wait. Food was cooked as I ordered and was good. And it didn't take long for my order.”

“Who ever is over Dollar General as workers and managers should hold your heads high because the store on June 29,2026 was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it . I actually could shop the self’s were full the floors were clean I never once had to lift my cart to get around or over anything it was great KEEP THE GREAT WORK UP NORTH SIDE DOLLOR GENERAL MILAN TN”
“Super nice staff every time I go in. The store is always clean and organized. The product shortage has nothing to do with the employees. If it doesn't come in on the truck, that's all there is to it. We live in a different world now.”
“Really good spot very close to the pilot was able to park my truck walk over with no problems grab a couple little things and get back to my rig that makes life on the highway a lot easier and the cashier was real friendly which is also a very pleasant thing”
“I love the store so much that I pass a couple stores on my way to their store. The family ran store extends that family feel to their customers. I know that when I walk into their store, I’m going to be greeted with a smile and treated with kindness and respect. If I wasn’t smiling before I got there I was definitely smiling before I left. I’m grateful that they are in my neighborhood.”
“It's been awhile since I last shopped at dollar general, I almost got lost... The store was really loaded with many items. Almost like an department store, you can find just about anything you might need.”
“I'm employed here. But I really love working here. Sometimes it's a little frustrating but overall it's great. Amber Finch is an amazing boss and I love her to death.”
“L💘VE this location tons! I am always, always able to find what I need in this store. Almost EVERY SINGLE STORE, other than this one, is always such a disaster and cluttered with freight. Medina's Dollar General keeps shelves stocked and aisles picked up. Their employees have never been anything but very nice and accommodating. Personally, I'm very grateful to have one so close to my home that does not seem as though a cyclone just finished wrecking it. 😔
“I came here to buy my snacks for lunch but I will say this is a very good store to come to in Milan tn the service is good and it is a very clean establishment I will continue to return but I will have to say for the employee Chanel she is wonderful always polite and helpful she always greets the customer outstanding customer service”

“We arrived to purchase two kayaks the app showed were available onsite at this store. There were various kayaks packed in a couple of small box area outside the outside section but the does were locked. We went inside and thought spring his would be the place to go to see if there were more to choose from. Here is where I meet Deana. She is a rock star who went above and beyond to help us out. She looked the ones I was interested in on her phone and said it showed 2 available. She went outside with us and noticed how right they were all tucked into the spaces so she went back inside and found a couple of strong helpers, who got the two we decided on since the other want available, and they loaded them up in the back of our truck. We thanked them all for their help as we continued to get them tied down for safe travels back to Union City. Deanna was finally off work, yet she came back out and continued to help us get them secured. You have a keeper with her! You better hang onto her and give her a raise.”
“Went to Kroger on University Parkway and was blown away by the customer service shown by Jisha a pharnacy intern going above and beyond to help assist me in finding over the counter meds that would help me nurse myself back to feeling well. The fact that it was an OTC drug and she took the time to come and help me find just the right drug added value to my trip after having to then pick up oresysje was again eager to help wait on me. I am thankful for her smiling face and caring attitude.”

“The fried chicken is awesome! Staff is very friendly! I would've gave 5 stars but I had to use the men's restroom and it was so nasty, filthy! Looks like a truck stop bathroom!! OMG”
