We also help patients manage medication side effects and set reasonable expectations for their therapy.
It is taking them 7-10 business days to update my insurance. This is causing my son to skip his medication. I asked for them to expediate and there is nothing they can do. I have filed complaints with the New York State Attorney general.

I need an injection prescription I have never been given the run around as much as I have with ACCREDO. They need the government to step in and shut them down. I am calling my representatives tomorrow. And calling my insurance to see if I get a different supplier!!!!

This pharmacy is a total joke. Every time we try to refill my daughter Humira there are major issues and she misses a dose. Absolutely zero communication and no one seems to have a clue what is going on. I have asked to be switched to another pharmacy but am being held prisoner due to insurance.
