It took two hours for ATT to find out that they can’t do a direct conversion of a Verizon business line to an ATT standard line. I had to find this out after going to the Verizon store. Your Memphis store guy Cameron was fabulous but your system is a mess.

Just stop to buy a charger and they hold me to much time and even ask me for an ID. Not even a waiting line. When usually l grab what l need a quick check out at other AT&T store but except this store.
