Jakya wasn't much help other than to connect the phone to WiFi. She said she didn't know anything about transferring data from the cloud and that she's just a customer service representative. Someone else had to assist. She walked away with one phone and didn't return even though I was trading in multiple phones. It was a horrible experience with her. I won't return to this location. I'd rather drive further away for better service.

I've been having issues with everything to do with att&t wireless services . Recently my phone updated software , after a green line appeared and half the screen stopped responding. I came in to the poplar plaza store 3 minutes before closing. Tyler restored my faith in customer service. Honestly if I wouldn't have encountered tyler, I was at the absolute end of my relationship with at&t. Please give this man a raise promotion something he is truly a blessing!! I will NEVER go anywhere but to him with my phone issues. Thank you so much tyler

The young man who helped us was fantastic!! If I could give him a 10/10 I would. His name was Hunter and he is by far the most helpful associate we have ever dealt with!!!
I do have one complaint about the store however. There is an employee who works there that is not handicap, however takes up the handicap space by the door. This is a fine in the State of Tennessee. Something needs to be said to this person.

Your rep "Sain" (name tag) was helpful, courteous and knows his products. A real asset to AT&T. On the other hand your call in service needs help. I was switched around several times and then cut off. When I did finally get a rep on the phone there was a significant problem. I seemed to know more about your website than she did. All in all it was good because in my frustration I went to the store on Poplar Avenue, Memphis where I got great service. From "Sain"!

I stopped by 2 other locations before visiting this one. All associates were busy with other customers when I arrived. I was greeted immediately & informed that someone would be available to help me soon. I found the replacement phone that I desired & received great customer service.

A lady was nice and went above and beyond but you walk in there spend $1,000 bucks and they have experience how to transfer your old I phone to new I phone and you spend half a day there unexpected. They just want your money. They need better training for salespeople.
