AutoZone Headquarters - Store Support Center

AutoZone, Auto Parts
Hours: AutoZone is a leading national retailer of aftermarket auto parts, including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items, and car accessories. The company is known for its helpful and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to assist customers. One customer, a worried mom from Georgia, praised the outstanding customer service of Mr. John Medows at the Charleston, West Virginia AutoZone store. She was grateful that he was so willing to help her son, a student 8 hours away, with car issues like a burnt-out light and an oil light. She felt at ease knowing her son could rely on Mr. Medows' expertise. Another customer had a positive experience at the San Mateo AutoZone, where a gentleman named James Steel replaced her battery quickly and efficiently. He explained the warranty and discount, and ensured her car was running properly before she left. However, not all experiences were perfect. One customer had a terrible encounter with an employee who refused to help her find and install windshield wipers. Fortunately, the store manager, named *****, was willing to assist her and apologize for the poor service, leading her to complete her purchase. Overall, AutoZone is praised for its helpful staff and commitment to customer satisfaction, though the corporate phone system can be frustrating to navigate at times.
