There was no one there went I went to drop off my rental and I had to go to another location. very inconvenient. Staff when I did see them to pick up the rental was slow and rude. Won't use this service again

DO NOT rent from this location. Booked a reservation ahead of time, showed up at 5:30 and the doors were locked despite the published operation hours being 8AM-6PM on a Monday. The “best” customer service could do was tell me to wait until they open the next day.

worse Location ever I ben to rental car, you have to speak with the people through the window and they are unprofessional.
This location it should open on the street by dumpster not at the Hilton hotel .
