Closed my account with $8,000 deposited and refused to refund it. I reached out to their support team over 10 times and they ignored me. I reached out to their CEO directly over email and he ignored me. Thieves and criminals.

They're a great partner Bank with Dave Banking, but if you need to cash Savings bonds. They will not allow you to do it even though you have a Partner account through them
