Prescription not ready when they say it will take an hour to hour and half and you come back 4hours later and it's still not ready.

I have been calling several time a day for the last week to refill prescriptions. The automated answer bot cannot understand, find my file, or connect to a human despite trying both vocal and keypad entered responses. Seriously considering switching phamacies!
