Pharmacists lied and said my prescription was name brand, it was not. The generic cost more than the name brand. I asked the pharmacist 3 times if the product was name brand. She said yes. It was not. She must be deaf, or just refused to listen to the needs of the patient. Low class CVS located inside Target on Colonial.

This was an emergency out of state medicine refill! The pharmacists and staff were quite nice and efficient. It was all done in less than 15 minutes!! I don't even get that good of service at CVS in my own City!

Why isn’t there an option to speak directly with someone in the pharmacy? The only option is to leave a message and wait for a phone call you’ll probably miss because you’ve already taken time out of your day to make a necessary phone call before going back to work. Having no ability to speak with someone without waiting hours or days for a call back or physically going into the store feels like bad business. I’ve been waiting close to two weeks for an ordered medication which is also too long.

Working as a pharmacy tech on for five years you can tell when people are able to keep their composure and still do the job with professionalism and not make it where it’s about like them and how tired they are and blah blah blah blah blah blah team member that was helping me today she seemed to be about the only one working there, which is not unlikely in the pharmacy tech world. She was a very nice, she seems like a hard worker and just there to do her job which should be done

Everytime I come to this location it’s always something! They can never just have my son’s medicine ready for me to just pay, pick up and go. They have me waiting in long lines every time just to get up there and be told we don’t have the medicine in stock or they want to give me a partial fill and then have me contact the doctor’s office again to get a new refill request for the remainder of what I was supposed to get. The staff just seem like they are over their jobs based on their attitude every time I come here. I’m soooooo sick of all of these pharmacies.

This was my go to pharmacy for a long time. The staff was great and they were nice, quick and efficient. Since they changed management and brought in new staff it is awful. Employees are rude, lazy and inefficient. My insurance only covers CVS but I would rather pay cost at Walgreens than go to this CVS and deal with this staff.
