Emerald & Ivy offers an amazing experience with Mary, who is wonderful, phenomenal, personable, and sweet. Mary does whatever it takes for her customers, providing excellent custom work, sizing, and restoration of heirloom and family rings. She left an original owner in tears seeing her ring brought back to life. Mary is patient with indecisive customers while picking permanent bracelets and charms, helping make them sentimental. She also fixed a permanent bracelet from another store, giving two bracelets for almost half the price and salvaging an original charm. Customers love all the pieces they got, call it a birthday memory, and highly recommend the business. Everyone plans to return for future pieces and has told all their friends about the bracelets.

I went to Emerald and Ivy to get my permanent bracelet from another store fixed, but she did me one better! I ended up with 2 bracelets for almost half the price of my original bracelet!
