Mary does whatever it takes for her customers, providing excellent custom work, sizing, and restoration of heirloom and family rings. She left an original owner in tears seeing her ring brought back to life. Mary is patient with indecisive customers while picking permanent bracelets and charms, helping make them sentimental. She also fixed a permanent bracelet from another store, giving two bracelets for almost half the price and salvaging an original charm. Customers love all the pieces they got, call it a birthday memory, and highly recommend the business. Everyone plans to return for future pieces and has told all their friends about the bracelets.

The Best experience. I was looking for a specific wedding band to go with my engagement ring. She had the materials needed and made it right there while I waited. It was just what I wanted simple yet perfectly made for me. If you are looking for jewelry especially custom jewelry I highly recommend Emerald & Ivy.

I had a great experience with Mary at Emerald and Ivy. She reworked an heirloom piece of jewelry I had into something I will actually wear! It's so beautiful. I will definitely work with her again!

I went to Emerald and Ivy to get my permanent bracelet from another store fixed, but she did me one better! I ended up with 2 bracelets for almost half the price of my original bracelet!
