They say pet friendly but don't specify only on one floor. Had to get refund and go to an actual pet friendly hotel

I was listening to my tab, when young management knock telling me to turn the sound down which we all know tablets are not that loud. The guy is micro managing the guest. Aside from him doing that twice and sneaking around watching everything. My stay was great.
