I'm trying to get loan for my sons funeral. I bank with them. No compassion for clients needs. No one called me to go over personal loan application. My payroll is direct deposited here. Still didn't qualify.

Worst location ever. The branch manager has no patience. The branch manager talk to you crazy and make ugly face expressions that makes you uncomfortable. I hate coming here. The crazy thing about it was, I only came once a month and this lady gave us a hard time ever time. She needs JESUS!!!!
