“Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable people are available to help. I was greeted and assisted immediately, which never happens in big box stores. A friend recommended that I purchase my leaf blower here, and I had no idea this type of item was sold here. I will definitely return for other purchases like this. I was able to try on the backpack leaf blower, they ensured it worked before I left, and went through how to use it several times. We also discussed maintenance and made sure I had the correct fuel. The gentleman who assisted me went a step further by offering a 10-day full refund guarantee and even helped me load it into my car. “We were looking for a hinge replacement for 30 yr old kitchen cabinets. We visited the chain hardware stores with no luck. While Youngblood didn't carry this hinge either they called several of their supplier contacts trying to help us out. Wonderful customer service”

“Biggest stihl selection in west Tennessee. Massive amounts of arborist supplies and will order anything that you need. The equipment repair is slow but they’re busy because they can get your saw back to tip top shape. Makes my job easier, good people too.”

“Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”

Went out of there way to make sure I had help getting what I needed and Daricus left his break early just cause he saw me coming to get the second load.”
